Installation & Maintenance

Drill a hole through the door or panel to match the 20mm body diameter, then insert the lock body from the front so the square face sits flush against the surface. Fit the cam to the back of the barrel in the required orientation for the 90 degree clockwise throw, then secure the whole assembly using the fixing nut from behind the panel.

Keep the lock and keys free of dirt and debris, and apply a small amount of light lubricant to the cam mechanism periodically to keep it turning smoothly.
