Polished Chrome Rococo Lever on Round Rose | RM190CP

This lever design is a modern reinterpretation of the Rococo style, a decorative art movement that emerged in the early 18th century and quickly spread throughout Europe. Rococo, particularly popular in Venice, influenced a wide range of objects from glassware to ornate frames, and even grandiose interior spaces like ballrooms. Our inspiration for this lever comes directly from the Rococo moulding that framed many of these works, especially those found in Venetian palaces. One striking example is the elaborate ceiling moulding in the ballroom of the Ca’ Rezzonico, painted by Giovanni Battista Crosato in 1753. The moulding’s sweeping curves and decorative flourishes are echoed in the contours of this lever, blending classical influences with a contemporary touch. This design captures the essence of Rococo’s elegance while offering versatility that can adapt to modern interiors.
